Unfortunately this doesn’t really work when re-heating, the bun gets soggy. Had to eat it with knife and fork. Maybe if the filling was packaged separately with would work better

For a microwave bao this is yum! I wasn’t expecting it to be so delicious and flavours were on point and so well-balanced. I added sriracha too – would highly recommend. Of course the fried chicken isn’t crispy, but I wasn’t expecting miracles. Had this for lunch and was so filling… didn’t really need dinner!
