How long will my meals last?
Our meals have an a shelf life of production plus 10+ days, excluding fish curry. We recommend eating any meals within the use by date displayed.
How do the meals stay fresh & where are they produced?
We seal our meals using “Modified Atmosphere Packaging”. Like vacuum sealing, this process removes oxygen from the meals and allows the product to stay fresh naturally for as long as possible.
All meals are produced in our HACCP approved kitchen in Kelvin Grove.
Can I freeze my meals?
Our meals are served fresh to ensure the best possible quality of the food. Our meals can be frozen as directed under their description’s pages. We recommend against freezing fish or salad meals.
What about allergies?
Our chefs take the highest care to keep allergy-prone ingredients out of our allergy free meals. However, they may still contain traces of allergens as they are produced in the same kitchen as all our meals. Please refer to the dietary codes, ingredients and nutritional panel for further information. If you aren't sure, please do not consume the product.
NB The Chickpea Tagine contains wheat based cous cous. It is not GF.
Will I receive exactly what is shown in the images?
Some images shown are serving suggestions only. The images showing the food in the packaging represent the exact meal. At times, we may need to substitute some ingredients due to seasonal and stock availabilities.

Is there a minimum order?
Yes. Minimum order is 8 meals with no promotions. Shipping is additional cost. Other quantities for promotions will appear in the t&c of the appropriate promo.
When do I order and when is delivery?
Place your order by 11am Monday - ships Wednesday - allow 1-3 days for delivery
Shipping 1-3 business days depending on region.
Flat rate shipping of $10 per order. Additional charges for select regions may apply.
How do I keep my order cold if I am not home to accept delivery or I want zero contact delivery?
Our policy is automatic Zero Contact delivery. You will receive a notification via email once your delivery is complete. Each carton of meals contains an ice-pack. Please refridgerate your order within one hour of delivery.
Do I need to sign up to a contract?
We have NO lock-in contracts. Order whenever you like.
Where do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to select postcodes in QLD, NSW, VIC, ACT, SA. Check the table below for estimated delviery days from order. If your postcode isn't listed, please contact us to check if we can deliver to you, or consult our stockist page for your nearest store.
All orders are delivered by a third-party courier. SMS tracking will be sent to your mobile the night prior your delivery.

What if I live in a gated complex or high-rise building?
Please leave delivery notes with instructions on how to enter the complex (such as a code or buzzer), or if it is ok to leave at the front gate or reception. If you haven’t left any specific instructions, our drivers will leave your order in the safest place possible. Our autmatic policy is zero-contact, authority to leave unless otherwise requested.
